Payment Methods

We are now using Virtual Merchant to process your online credit card orders. You may also phone in your credit card payment to 877-827-7538.

If you wish to pay by cheque or money order, we will reserve your order for 10 business days pending receipt of payment. Orders will be shipped as soon as payment has been received. Please be sure that your money order is cashable in Canada.

Personal Cheques and Cash will only be accepted from people in the Montreal area wishing to pick up their order.

Exchange Policy (please note that we do not offer refunds)

1. Products must be exchanged only within 30 days of purchase. They must be in NEW, re-sellable condition with the original tags, if applicable. We are unable to accept exchanged products that have been washed, worn, or soiled. No exceptions can be made.
2. Please be aware that the original shipping cost will be deducted from the exchange amount. This helps us to keep our expenses to a minimum.
3. When requesting a merchandise exchange, please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs on the second shipment, regardless of the dollar amount of the original order.
4. You may opt for store credit in exchange for your exchanged merchandise. Store credit may be used at your leisure and has no expiry date.
5. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE/CLEARANCE/GENTLY USED MERCHANDISE IS SOLD “AS IS” AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. NO EXCEPTIONS CAN BE MADE.
